HYDRANTGUARD DISC: (Design Reg. No:15008/2009) Designed to fit an 80mm Flange. It is
made from a long life Duralon 83 15G0004– suitable for use with potable water and complies with AS/NZ 4020:2005 and BS6920:2000.

DESCRIPTION: Duralon 83 15G004 is 15% glass reinforced, UV black nylon 6 injection moulding compound possessing a balance of engineering properties combined with excellent aesthetics for potable water.

PROPERTIES: The addition of glass reinforcement to a nylon moulding compound enhances its performance characteristics. Duralon 83 15G004 exhibits high strength stiffness and heat deflection temperature. Like conventional nylons Duralon 83 15G004 maintains its inherent chemical resistance, particularly to greases, oils and hydrocarbons.
